CHICAGO—Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures is pleased to present the two-part webinar series “Project Management” in June 2024. This is a two-part webinar series on project management presented by seasoned project management consultant Jami Yazdani. Attendees will be introduced to basic principles and best practices as well as given an overview of Agile management and its methodologies. While especially applicable for those leading teams, staff, projects, committees, or other collaborations, all professionals can benefit from learning techniques to improve collaboration.
