Learn how a cataloger, an archivist, and a metadata strategist at an academic library moved from theoretical to practical implementation of a critical cataloging and reparative description project to address biased and problematic language. The group has successfully implemented local changes to multiple Library of Congress subject headings, impacting thousands of bibliographic records.
