CHICAGO - , the review publication of the °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±app, is proud to announce a new The board is comprised of national leaders in readers’ advisory and collection development, as well as content and business experts who represent the widely diverse audiences that Booklist and serve. With a focus on equity and inclusivity, the advisory board will help to seek out and prioritize contributions from underrepresented voices and will work collaboratively with dedicated Booklist staff to guide business and editorial aspects of Booklist Publications.

The board members were selected to ensure representation for five key areas of Booklist’s work: children’s, YA, and adult librarianship; audio; and the business and marketing aspects of the publications. The board members are:

• Jennifer Bonilla-Scotten, library media specialist, Billy Mills Middle School, Lawrence, Kansas

• Edith Campbell, associate education librarian, Cunningham Memorial Library, Terre Haute, Indiana

• Crystal Chen, senior librarian, Young Adult Services, The New York Public Library, New York, New York

• Katie Clausen, manager, Early Literary Services, Gail Borden Public Library, Elgin, Illinois

• Sarah Hashimoto, community engagement manager, Jackson District Library, Jackson, Michigan

• Terry Hong, writer, Booklist contributor

• Brian Kenney, director, White Plains Public Library, White Plains, New York

• Shamika Simpson, collection development and outreach librarian, Long Beach City College Library, Long Beach, California

• James Tyner, adult services librarian, Fresno County Public Library, Fresno, California
