December webinar highlights Project Outcome as strategic planning tool

CHICAGO – In early December, PLA will host a webinar highlighting how select libraries are using Project Outcome to align efforts with strategic priorities and measuring their success in priority program areas. This webinar, , will be held 1 – 2 p.m. Central Time on Thurs., Dec. 7.

At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will:

  • Understand how other libraries are using Project Outcome’s surveys and tools to measure the outcomes of priority program and service areas;
  • Know how other libraries are aligning outcome data to strategic priority areas and using Project Outcome to help inform strategic planning; and
  • Be able to apply lessons learned and best practices for integrating Project Outcome in their library.

Participation is free, but registration is required and space is limited. .
