There are several federal funding sources for libraries that full under the umbrella of the (IIJA). These include the Digital Equity Act (DEA) and the Broadband Equity Access and Deployment Program (BEAD).
Digital Equity Act

The (DEA) is administered by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA). A $2.75 billion program that funds state planning, state implementation of the plan, and national competitive grants.
Broadband Equity Access and Deployment (BEAD)

Affordable Connectivity Program
